This messaging program sends SMS messages to customers of Front Desk LLC who have explicitly opted in. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, account-related alerts, and customer support communications. Opt-in is collected via a web form on our website at thekutoffgroup.com with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Customers must explicitly consent before receiving any messages.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
